Annapurna Tour

Annapurna Tour - 13 Days

Return by plane from Jomsom to Pokhara This is the essential trek par excellence in Nepal. This legendary trek in Nepal, in the heart of the Himalayas in the immensity of still wild spaces, takes you gently to high altitude to pass the legendary Torong La pass at 5416m. Gradually we gain height allowing optimal adaptation to the altitude. We rise above the Marsyangdi valley, crossing different levels , different types of climates, vegetation and fauna as we climb, passing from the lush tropical atmospheres of the rice fields to the aridity of the mountains and the eternal snows. peaks. We go back in time and space to meet the Brahmin, Gurung and Tibetan ethnic groups who live there in magnificent preserved villages, perpetuating ancestral gestures in an authentic rural way of life which seems immutable. The passage of the Torung La pass, the highest point of our itinerary, marks a change of scenery and takes us into the mineral world of the Kali Gandaki valley, entrance to the Kingdom of Mustang. Good physical condition is essential. With the exception of the Thorong La passage, the route takes place entirely on good trails accessible to anyone in good physical condition. However, the climb to Thorong La is strenuous: a long day of walking at altitude. This pass can be snowy and constitutes the main difficulty.
